What a right pain in the neck!

Literally!

 

I have a crick in my neck. 

 

I think I must've slept awkwardly last night.  Although when I mentioned it at dinner today my Nana instantly diagnosed it as arthritis.  Eh, I'm 35, thanks for that Nana!

 

So here's my home remedy:

 

And this is me in bed currently.
